2011 AGM - Nominations to the MTBA Committee - UPDATE

At the close of Nominations the following positions have been filled:

Executive:

• President - Russell Baker
• Public Officer - Clinton McAlister

Committee:

• NT State/Territory Representative - John Pyper
• Qld State/Territory Representative - Ian Harwood
• Vic State/Territory Representative - Norm Douglas
• NSW State/Territory Representative - Rob Parbery
• XC rider Representative - Tim Rowe
• 4X Rider Representative - Stuart Cunneen
• OT Rider Representative - withheld

The following positions are the subject of e-Voting:

• Treasurer
• Secretary
• CA Board Representative

e-Voting is available now. To do so login to the on-line membership system and cast your vote. Only financial members can vote.

The following positions received no nominations at the close of the nominations date. These positions can be filled by nomination from the floor of the AGM;

• Vice President
• Tas State/Territory Representative
• WA State/Territory Representative
• SA State/Territory Representative
• ACT State/Territory Representative
• DH Rider Representative

To do so be at the CA Offices (Level 2, 280 Coward Street Mascot NSW 2020) no later than 0930 Saturday 18th February 2012 to register your attendance. There is limited space, so please let the MTBA Administrative Officer know that you plan on attending in person so we can ensure that we have the space available. Alternatively, if you cannot attend and wish to be nominated by someone who is attending the AGM, email your nomination form to the MTBA Secretary before 9am Saturday 18th February 2012.

All positions are subject to AGM ratification.
