In 2006 The International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) collaborated with the US Forest Service (USFS) to develop a DVD entitled Building Mountain Bike Trails.  Incorporating much of the theory in the book “Trails Solutions - IMBA’s Guide to Building Sweet Singletrack”, this free resource is available from IMBA for anyone interested in how to make sustainable trails.
