President The President's primary responsibility is to ensure the Management Committee carries out its governance role in an efficient manner, and oversees the proper functioning of a properly informed Committee. Vice President The Vice President's primary role is to assist the President and to take on the roles and responsibilities of the President in his/her absence. Treasurer The Treasurer is responsible for providing financial transparency and accountability to the Management Committee, and for ensuring that processing and reporting requirements are met. Secretary The secretary's primary role is to take general responsibility for certain administrative tasks which the Management Committee is required to carry out. As well as bearing all the general responsibilities of being a member of the Management Committee, there are several tasks for which the Secretary is responsible. Public Officer The public officer is the only office bearer covered in detail in the Associations Incorporation Act.
